Karkand + FF Off = Madness

Lol I just had a go on a 64P Karkand with friendly fire turned off, admittedly in the thought of getting somewhere high using the c4 glitch. I was USMC, and eventually made it onto the hotel, but it turns around there's already a good number of MEC guys already up there :S
Looking around, I see MEC all over the rooftops all around, there was also this USMC guy doing a mega-bunnyhop down the road using individual c4s.
What do you guys think of this?
Personally, I think it would be hard to patch this "problem", giving c4 damage to yourself with FF Off would be too far for the small amount of spec ops players out there..

They should limit the damage of C4 as a server side option. Like one C4 for no damage, and two for a suicide.

If FF is off, they shouldn't have a rule against jumping on top of roofs...


If they don't want you to do that, then they can put FF at like 25% or something. Where if you try to C4 jump with any more than 1 C4 you will kill yourself.

I love ff off becasue when a friendly is behind a wall battling like six enemies u throw a grenade enemies die no teamkill

seems like an ez fix to me, just make it so c4 doesnt affect teammates at all when ff is off.

They're not supposed to be but I've seen some. No point in worrying about this problem when it's against BFROE anyways. Easier to just tear down the offending servers.

Yea, I like that, put it to 25%. Personally, I think FF should be on at ALL times, claymores included.

I've played on those servers.

And most of the times there are admins on that server, so when an admin sees someone on the hotel, he tells the guy to jump off or get banned and warns everyone else

uhh well 90% of the time when a server has FF off the admins (clan members) are the ones doing the C4 jumping. Friendly Fire off servers are complete and utter crap in every posible way enough said.

p.s. FF off is not against the ROE

I was on a Karkand ff off server a few weeks ago. A buddy and I started putting c4 on jeeps and one would drive and the other was in seat 3. We were laughing so hard as we drove into groups and blew the c4. Only to drive away. Good fun.
