I d/l'd F.E.A.R.'s FREE multiplayer game and got 19 or so maps with it

DICE never claimed it would be a karkland style map. The community made that assumption that it was, and DICE gets unnecessarily blamed for it.

Same deal with the patch. DICE never published a date, the community assumed it was today, then cry bloody murder when the assumption is wrong.

Except BHD maps were more balanced.

RtJ seems like fun, I like to snipe so I will be entertained. I played it a couple times in both betas but it seemed imbalanced. I enjoyed it cause of the city feel but some flags are spread out more than Kark. I was sick of switching my program folders so I didn't really play much but I am looking forward to it when the official patch is released. I'm just happy to have something new to explore...

I rather hope the new map isn't like Karkand. If I wanted to play Karkand, I would join one of the 500 servers playing it at any given time. :p
