Rammed by @#$%&* Helicopter = Teamkill

While I was driving a tank, some idiot on a Black Ops server, on my team, kept ramming me with a helicopter. Automatically it made me the team killer and I got punnished and eventually kicked off the server. I watched him do it to several other players as well.
Is this some kind of bug or exploit? Very anoying!

Most of the time this happens to me on SF with those crazy kids driving around on an ATV, and they hit my APC.

It sounds like some kind of an exploit to me...either way, if they are purposely ramming you, then they are nothing but n00b griefers.
