BF2 Demo

Has anyone else moved back to the BF2 demo?

Unfortunately I dusted off my old BF2 CD the other day, and couldn't find my CD Key so I bought a new one on eBay. That was before I discovered the problems with the game people have been having.

I can't join a server without immediately having no activity then getting 'Connection lost'. I even installed 1.4 Beta 2 and that worked fine... but then after a few rounds, it did the same thing.

After trying just about every suggestion under the sun, I'm convinced it's the game.

Well first off dont install 1.4 as it has not been officially released by EA and what you have could be what's ****ing up your game.

As far as the connection lost problems that is mostly due to the latest 1.3 patch and is supposed to be fixed in 1.4

He said 1.4 Beta 2, which is an officially released beta. So I would say that's not the problem.
