they're getting into the whole multithreading idea. the more threads and processes it can do at one, the less MHZ/GHZ the CPU needs to perform the same. they're just adding more abilities to the CPUs to perform the functions at the same time, and increasing the CPU speed is just helping a bit.
Yeah sure but THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE between 2900 MHZ from intels core duo processors and the Fx-60 speeds.

        Period.

That kind of grpahics is similar to the grpahics shown in final fantasy the movie and you actually CANT play with that kind of graphics in a pc. I dont care you build PCs, maybe if you designed i would take in consideration your blatant opinion.

I would love to see a game publisher release system requirements showing you need 4GB of RAM to play a video game, let alone a 1GB video card. That would be the quickest failure of a game ever. It would not sell as only a small percentage of consumers actually own the bleeding edge technology of computing.

Perhaps if you had said 10 years from now. I only hope no one that read your reply thought it was accurate.
And i have to read this kind of ******** in a forum about a game which runs smoothly ONLY if you have 2 GIGABYTES of ram.

Ignorance is a bliss many people have as i see.

oh and bf badcompany would run with a pair of 7900gtx with the DX10 hardware/software layer added for developers :p that would run max with decent fps because of the way the new direct X works
            Bs yourself:

QUAD SLI 7900 GTX2 and Battlefield doesnt even run smoothly at high NO NATIVE WS

COD2 a much less memory graphic demanding game even chopps at no more than 32 FPS. HAHA, terrible.

Do you still believe you can run that at more than 20 FPS actually?? HAHHAHA lol. Yeah sure.

Ps3 will be so much better than 360. No one realizes that. Its games will be on blue ray disks which hold a **** load of stuff. Thats why the ps3 was delayed, so that they could have blue ray disks.

Those screens are NOT from 2142. They are from the (next-gen) console ONLY game BF: Bad Company. So, you won't be able to play it on your PC, no. lol
