My motherboard Preoblem Perhaps?

Hi. Right, Battlefield 2 doesnt work on my computer. Everytime I download th patch a arror report comes up. But when I play single player without installing the patch it's fine.So, I was just wondering if it could be becuase of the motherboard I have. You see I have built my own computer. I have an AMD Sempron Prcoessor. So, I dont think my Processor that's the the problem. My Motherboard is a:

k8 Triton series, GIABYTE tech, AGP8X/DDR 400

Is It my motherbopard that's causing the error report?

Your mobo shouldnt be a problem, but you never know. Is it the full 1.3 patch you are trying to install?

Just download it in the safe mode a person had the same problem and it was solved try it
