i think the car over his head signifies that he is awaiting a vehicle drop, not 100% sure

I get the first one but what about the UAV?

I kno exactly how to cause that Vehicle Drop icon over your head. What u have to do is stand underneath a dropping vehicle, holding E. U will get in the vehicle while its still in the air causing the icon to appear over your head. I kno this cause I tested it in a ranked server.
