Hey fellas I was wondering if 1.4 is a patch or a mod because on the main page it describes it as a mod but by reading the descriptions, it sounds like a patch.

I read earlier that patch 1.4 includes a new map called "Road to Jalalabad". Is it still included in the download?

supposedly some time next week. Nothing official yet, though.

Patience. EA will only release it when they are 100% happy with it.
Then they can wash their hands and start getting ready to patch 2142.

OK I just installed the patch. However the shortcut icon says "Tactical Mod" I start the game anyways but I am keep on getting booted off servers saying "Kicked for 0 mins for inadequate O/S" What is this Tactical Mop crap?

That isnt the patch its a mod. the patch isnt out yet

Yep. Uninstall whatever you loaded. We are still using 1.3. Read the notice in the EA site. It tells you exactly what to and what not to do. 1.4 Is Not Out Yet. Wait for the proper one or be very disapointed

The team behind the Tactical Mod have released v1.4 today. Here's what they had to say about it all:
