Not Properly shutting down.

I've had this "problem" ever since I bought BF2. (It was during the 1.2 patch). Any who, when I exit out of BF2 and go back to my desktop the game doesnt fully shut down. I can still hear that annoying music u get at the menu. Instead of waiting around 1-2 mins for it to finally shut down fully, I have to go into my Task Manager and manually end its process. Is anyone else getting this? I get the usual flicker of the moniter as it goes back to my desktop but the game is still running for some reason, even though it doesnt seem to recgonize it as running.

I have the same problem too, but it stops playing about a minute or two afterwards.
