well I play bf2 alot and i recently reformatted my harddrive so when i connect to a sever my computer crashes at a certain amount of time...so i have to restart my pc holding down the power button, it only crashes in game and online (not sure about single player) maybe i need certain drivers? can someone shed some light on me please :cry:

This problem is related to the 1.3 patch. It's been an ongoing problem for the last 2 1/2 months now. Have a peek in the support forum and see what other threads have to say.
There is no fix available for it yet. August 22 the patch (1.4) is supposed to be available, no one has confirmed this yet though.

no, it isn't I had this problem in dec.05 when i bought battlefeild 2 (my brother fixed the problem of the game crashing my pc on multiplayer for me [not sure how]) i'm thinkinking that he installed new drivers or something but i'm at a loss if i remember correctly it worked fine on single player just not on multi player, i'll give it a test right now.
works perfect on single player.
does anyone know howto fix this problem? i really need help with this :cry:
