Not sure but i think u should get all the basic badges or it is not updated yet.

Try playing on a different ranked server for a round. It should rank you up as soon as you score a point.

hmm thats strange...reminds me of a guy who had like over 100,000 and was still a sgt major (and he played daily so idk somethigns wrong)

and u need the basic badges to get 1st sergeant and if u dont have them, u only get master sergeant
