No offense but there are a lot of very good gunners out there, problem is everyone is an expert at gunning and can't wait to get all those points but very few know how to fly well. I barely ever get to gun because I always have to fly for someone who can only gun.

I like flying more, Im not that great at gunning anyways, used to be better before

I know of a few very good pilots/gunners. My old clan PUB has MrE who was far too deadly for our liking with those jets when we're running for our lives on Wake! Also, PUB|Icarus and PUB|Chop Chop are a great team in the choppers. Owning up Kubra Dam one of them got a kill streak of 55!

55 Ain't that special right? I Salute ICEQA the best Pilot I have ever seen on our server I wasn't even good at that time and he gave me a kill streak of 93 Baseraping at carrier is not allowed..

I understand how you feel.

That is another reason you see so many of the good/great pilots solo: there is no reward in flying someone else around. First, even if your helicopter manages to destroy every bit of armor being used by the other team, you aren't guaranteed a victory... so what do you fly for? Points. Ah, but holding someone's hand through it all hardly sounds worthwhile.

I used to love flying people around... partly because I loved flying, but once you no longer derive any satisfaction from doing so, you're left bored to tears as you line up your gunner for another shot: essentially, the pilot gets to work while the gunner plays. Not fun: maybe now you understand why so many good players fly alone or at the very least, do it most of the time.

Letting others fly you around is peachy, but if you can't switch roles once in a while, you'll find yourself waiting on a good pilot that just won't come. If you take the time to learn both skills, you'll have something to offer...

my xfire dowsnt work, its been like this for more then a week, they added some new feature in one of the updates and it doesnt work since then, they might be able to fix it or maybe Ill have to get a new modem
