Hide in Karkand and stab people as they rush by or climb onto a house and drop into a croud.

I usually get into the TV Station the back way on Sharqi. Instead of going for the cap I s'pose I could just cause havoc with my old knife.

dont listen to anyone who says something retarded like "go to a high point server" or "go to a knife/pistol server" because this is stat-padding, and could get you reset, and alot of the kiddies here would like nothing more than to see other peoples stats reset

i got all my knife badges basic-expert twice.....all playing karkand 64 sized map, wth about 35-42 players.......

1. be medic, so you can self heal, get revive points too, and u get a nice long sprint

2. find a nice frontline squad, and join.....running to where the action is sucks...

3. use your sprint carefully....dont waste your sprint away, cuz when it comes stabby time, you'll be all slow and easy to kill...

4. use cover......everything can be used for cover.....corners, ledges, teamates, etc...

5. use evasive maneuvers......dont run straight at your target....i like to zig-zag like a mad man, and i throw in a jump or two, when i reach my target, i usually jump to the side, or behind, and crouch....knife kill

6. set your knife to an easy to reach key.....i did this, and after a while it was instinct to whip out my knife upon spawning...

7. if you choose to do it on karkand...be MEC.....that way there, it makes sense to cap flags too......when i am going for the knife kills, i only cap as MEC

Wow its really not that hard to do, I mean to get your basic do you need like 7 knife kills? Well last night I got 5-6 in a row on a wake island because I was a sniper hiding at north base and just ran up behind people :\

Just hide some where and wait lol.

that badge has to be the easy one to expert you just stalk snipers at karkand.

now that the IAR requirement has been nerfed, no one should have a problem with it.....just practice.......and keep that knife out.....if your knife isnt out, your not gonna take the time to switch to it, your gonna shoot

The best way I can kill the with a knife is sneak up behind snipers and support people and just stab the hell out of them that is always fun to do!!

Twice now I've knifed 3 people in a row rather than shoot, as it gives less warning to the rest of the squad

Though in fairness I've been spotted a few times and got a wasted for my cheek :laugh:

I use my knife to open my MRE packs.

Seriously, I never even considered the knife badge. I never consider any badge. I just play the game and choose my kit according to the map and the needs of the squad.

I guess that makes me a minority huh?

No, its called having fun and not bothering about stats :)

I think most people play with that attitude but like most things a few bad apples.....
