Zipline/Grappling Hook Mod

I've been looking for a mod that allows you to use the Zipline and the grappling hook at the same time, ideally as a sniper just to play around on the single player maps with. I can't imagine I'm the only person whos been after a mod like this, but I've found nothing else in a few days of searching. Can anyone direct me to one if one exists, and if not, any modders feel like making one?

I can't imagine it'd be too difficult for an experienced modder to basically add a weapon.

My Special Forces Unlocks mod includes all the unlocks for Special Forces and also allows you to play all BF2 maps with SF tools and unlocks. The sniper kit and spec ops kit for BF2 have grapple hook and crossbow. You can edit the other kits to your liking
