I was looking at my stats and apparently with the shotgun I have scored 16 hits and 19 kills giving a 0.83 hits per kill?

LOL if you have tisted enough mind the sentence is quite funny.
Maybe you got 2 kills with one shot? :) Otherwise its just that your hits have not been registered properly.

If you shot a jeep full of guys, one time while it was almost ready to blow up you would get three kills in one shot, There are many ways to get mutiple kills....
