IMO, It is not possible. Anything above 400 and it is very likely to be stat padding or K/P.

It is some glitch ... both his USMC and MEC BRS are 1592 points. You have to statspad very precisely to achieve that

EDIT: Wait something is wrong ... whats the difference between Army and Theatre? I also have the same B.R. in MEC and USMC theatre but only USMC under armies ...

It's not a glitch the theatre in game is defined as which armies are fighting there e.g. Karkand is a MEC and USMC theatre, Shongua is a PLA and USMC theatre. So if you play as USMC on Karkand and you get your highest score ever, this will show up as BR for USMC (Armies), MEC & USMC (Theatre), Karkand (Map).

It also states he has 4190 Commander points from only 1hr 18mins as Commander.
