1.4 unraked with unlocks???

Part of patch 1.4 statement:

"Unlocks are once available on unranked servers."

what does this mean? I will have all unlocks on unranked servers? I will have MY unlocks on unranked servers? ABR is dead with this?

no, it means like how it was pre 1.3. you can have the unlocks in unranked that you have earned in ranked play. (good thing now the leagues can have them again)

In clan ladders, tournaments etc (most of them atleast) unlocks are not allowed anyways.

Not sure what difference it will make .. all the leagues/ ladders i play in only allow tier 1 weapons
