yes dice canada is doing the patches but is it dice that announces it and makes it available, no, ea handle that from there offices in california they might even have the finished 1.4 patch with them now who knows

yes but if the patch was finished this morning it would of been released already they won't release it this late into the day its most likely not finished anyway
