Stat padding or not?

I just want to know if this is considered to be stat padding if a support us driving the blackhawk and an Engineer sit in the back and just drop mine an nades...so the support got like 60 amno points in a 15 minutes round

I'm asking that cause I see some people doing it on a server on masthuur and they said it was legal and it's helping their team (but we own them the 2 round)

I would not think it is padding. They introduced a delay a long time ago, once you give someone ammo you cannot get another point for a certain amount of time. After that time frame passes you can give them ammo and you get a point all over again.
