i wonder about this 1.4 changelist, in comparison to 1.3

in v1.3 EA stated, ADDED : Deterrent for Alternative Rankings
and the unlocks were removed for nonranked servers.

in 1.4 EA states
· Unlocks are once available on unranked servers.

Now, not a word on the deterrent!?

There are several stats-tools for battlefield 2, and private servers.
the Ranking deterrent implied that alternative ranking, is not allowed.

With many people participating in my Alternative Battlefield Ranking project, i cannot give all these people a official response, as im not allowed to talk what EA people discussed with me.

i wonder if its possible that EA could come with a clear statement on what is, and what is not allowed with BF2 and alternative rankings.
i need some statement that i can say to the people /mods participating in my project, and which is at least official, and public.

i hope someone can shine a light on this one.

ironicly, i know the answer already, but they dont tell that to you... see changelog.

as long its not official, i have no answer for people who ask me befor the join my project.
that's bugging me.
