I keep getting a windows error

I just installed the game today after i finsihed installing everything and restarted and i installed the patch also after i restarted my system, when ever i try to play online it opens up the loading screen and automatically closes and gives me a windows error saying "BF2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I tried reinstallind and everything but nothings working

welcome to BF2....uninstall/reinstall (check your drivers too, what are your system specs)

i already did, and to the first post i cant even open up the game

Ah ok .. so check if Deamon-Tools traybar icon is green ^^
