Quick question for a friend

My friend cant play bf2 because when he installs a patch, the game doesnt acknowledge it and still runs at 1.1. Any1 have any clues? im tryna help him right now.

it starts but it says its runnin at 1.1 when hes already installed 1.3 FULL

hmmmmmmmm dont download from ea and u sure its full install and try updating drivers

did you actually install the patch and it patched the game? or did you just download it, and not install it?

sometimes when i patched ( did a lot), It patched, but not all files, so to be sure i did it at least 3 times before I saw that it was succesfull

You are seeing the build number in the game.

Patch Version 1.3 = build 1.1.2878-710.0

Patch Version 1.22 = build 1.1.2720-552.0

Patch Version 1.21 = build 1.1.2716-548.0

Match the in game build number to find what patch is installed.

ok thx btw jus to clarify its not my problem lol its a friends who cant play with me so im helpin him out :)
