Do you mean FPS-wise, or ping-wise? I don't mind ping unless it's to the point the server needs a reboot. I don't have to deal with FPS-lag because of my computer.

ping wise like theres a problem with your connection and then goes all laggy and then get back to normal

Lag spikes? I don't mind lag spikes unless I'm fighting.

Uh well no.. I have wireless internet it works 100% fine for me almost no lags maybe once a day..

I don't even play on servers who have 100+ Ping..

So no, I wouldn't play on servers who lag or if my ping is messed up.

Do you have DSL, 56k, cable, or wireless internet? If you have anything other than cable that might be the problem.

i usally dont lag buti cant stand lag so if my ping excedes 200 i usaly disconect.

Well I moved my PC from under my desk to next to it and for some reason the Signal increased currently it's at 36 MBPS not very high. My door is opened but it's always, I have the Receiver as close as possible to my transmitter. Of course you can Google something and I searched with 'Wireless Signal Tips' and Microsoft has some tips: Some Tips from Microsoft

It worked for me I hope it works for you
