Black screen when loading.

Double click my BF2 icon.

I see the Battlefield 2 logo thing and the picture of karkand, then I get a black screen (I can CTRL + ALT + DEL out).

Thats about what happens

What drivers are your running?

1-update ur bios to the latest version
2-update ur video card to latest drivers either 84.xx or 91.33(which is preffered)
3-reinstall bf2 ( dont apply the patch) and see if it works
4-if it works apply the patch

The 91.31 drivers are giving people a lot more problems than the 84.xx ones.

So, Ill delete the old ones do that registry thing install the 84.xx and try it, I am not reinstalling. If it doesnt work I will be sending a very mean letter to EA, I think my count for reinstalling BF2 is at about 10? I pretty much have my CD key memorized.
