When 1.4 is out all the servers will be moved to 1.4 automaticly? even the unranked servers?

No, its for the server owners choice to update, but I think the Ranked ones will have a limit on how long they can sorta pro long the transition.

If you lease a ranked server you will automatically get patched either immediately or within a few days. It depends on the service provider, it is at their discretion when they update. For the most part it is within a week of the patch release. If leasee want to wait a few extra days then they have to contact the server provider and explain why.

For unranked servers the update is 100% optional. There is no points at stake so it is of less importance. If you are just a gamer and have no vested interest in a ranked or unranked server, just patch as soon as you are able to. Hope this clears up your confusion.

well you said its optional , but what all the clans will do? move their servers to 1.4 and do mathces there ? or they will stay in 1.3?

I thought it was pretty clear cut...If the clans want to change immediately then they will, if they do not then they wont. It's impossible to say with any degree of certainty or accuracy what each of the 250+ BF2 clans in the world will do on August 15th. Seems like you are pushing for a very vague and general answer that is impossible to provide.
If the clan happens to play in TWL or CAL then they will probably wait until the patch is approved by the respected league for match play. At this point, it would be impossible to provide you an answer as no one has seen the finalized patch or knows what is in the mind regarding intentions of each clan.
