Changed Computer?

I've moved off my laptop onto my pc to play BF2, but I lost the files in my documents...

So now when I log in on Bf2, it starts me off from 0 points...

Is there anyway that my details can be retrieved?

The points are not stored in "my documents" they are held by the account server. Make sure you are logging into the correct account (the 1 with the points). If you are in the right account maybe you got reset. Ask yourself if you have been cheating recently? If yes then give yourself an uppercut

No, my laptop has been down. If i go on one of the bf2 stats page, they all load up there fine. Just i logged in on my pc (which ive not used in ages), and it wasnt there.

Are you saying your stats are the same on your PC i.e. 0 ? in that case then your stats do seam to have been reset, have you played a game? that will confirm it.

if you can see the stats on a stats site then the account should be ok. When u come to the log in screen the account is ussually right there....if not then just click retreive account underneath.....it will give u 2 options...to find by game tag or by the email address the account is linked to..........enter either and it come up (prepare to wait awhile sometimes)

I tried logging in again, and today it's fine.

But for some reason yesterday it just wasnt having anything, said 0 hours played, 0 score etc. Fook knows.

I've joined games before as a private and have not been able to get any unlocks. All the badges get awarded in the round but my stats score as per normal.
To fix I have to reboot the game.
