SF Weapon Unlocks...

I have bought SF and for the first couple of minutes i played it recieved 2 weapon unlocks? I guess that was just EA thanking me for buying it. I just wanted to clear up something, when i go up a rank and get a weapon unlock does it give me 2 weapon unlocks per rank so that i will eventually unlock all of the weapons?

Yes, you will continue to get 2 unlocks per rank, till you have all unlocks.

Also, EA was not thanking you, it was merely "catch up" unlocks to make up for the rank you already have. I assume before playing SF, that you already had two unlocks; therefore, you were due to more. If you had been a First Sergeant you would have received five unlocks, after that few min of playing.

Omg, If so, I may just buy SF as that's a bigger incentive for me.

So just to be clear.. I'm a gunnery sergeant atm and have 5 unlocks, so If I install and patch SF I will get another 5 just for being the rank I am and then another 2 at Master sergeant?

Yep, its deff 5 unlocks, my friend who is a gunnery sgt logged onto my game of SF yesterday and got 5 as soon as he ended a round.

You do not have to buy the game. As stated here, just go to a friend's place who has SF, load your account onto his computer, log in to a SF server and play a round. You should then get your extra unlocks.

That rocks im going to try it this weekend at a friends I wouldnt mind getting some more tools of the trade for just one round. My second account is a staff srgt how many would I get?

Do you have to play a SF map to get the unlocks or will a vanilla one do?

just play SF at your own home, and you'll get them
