  • TeamSpeak Breaks up

I have an annoying problem with TeamSpeak.
It works fine in game, and does not conflict with the BF2 VOIP.
However, when I have BF2's Multiplayer server selection page on screen, the input and output from TS breaks up so I can only hear about 50%. If I alt- tab out it works fine again.
I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. I have a XFi soundblaster card.
    Thanks

    Re: TeamSpeak Breaks up

I contacted EA technical support, since I was also experiencing game lag. Nothing worked. Until I was informed by other players about ram. I sent this to EA:

This is another continuation of the problem, for which I have received three EA support instructions. Nothing worked until I added another 512 G of RAM. Problem solved. The instructions that did not work were: to open ports (I am only a client), reinstall, reinstall from new user. I stripped the processes down to the original when the game worked well. The only difference was the amount of ram the BF patches required. One gig of ram is no longer enough. I put in another Gig and TS and BF2 work at the same time, with no lag, as before.
AMD 3200+, SB XFi, ATI X850XT, 2Gig ram
