        That scope in-out thing only happens to me when I'm laggen. I dont think its a bug, I think it has something to do with the connection.

            this bug has nothing to do with lag,its a bug plain and simple.

            i play online with 13-15 ping so lag is not an issue,also it does it in singleplaye,(with 0 ping)

            i have also hosted a dedicated single player server on my other pc and it stills does it.

            so imo its a bug and has nothing to do with lag,

            also the tv bug is the same in sp it fails to reload and/or fire regulary.
