    can anyone explain to me what MODlights is?
    i read the description EA gave and i still have no clue.

      its a website where they tell you about bf2 modifications that are community made

      useless since DICE doesn't support the mod community.

                  its a step ahead for sure for DICE and mod relations though. It has come far too late though.
