This is so funny that I had to sign up for the forums just for this thread. Just because your a 3 start general doesn't make you better than everyone else (which is what your making it sound like). Rank doesn't matter, I've seen some enlisted ranks that are way better than me, and some officers that just plain suck. The only thing that matters is how much you understand the game. I will agree that you know a lot about the game, but you still have a long way to go to fully understand it. If I had a choice between going in a Officer only server and a regular server then I would gladly pick the regular server.

I use the name for mods, and unofficial ranked servers, just in case I make some enemies there. I don't want it seeping over into the ranked servers, where people can and will punish you for being an arse.

On the ranked servers, the name (and account) counts as one of my TK accounts, so yes, you're correct, I use it to misrepresent who I really am. I've definitally used it to practice flying though, since it's a TK account. (M95 time.) >=P

Boy, it must be difficult knowing that a First Sergeant has a better SPM.

I'm rather proud of my K/D ratio, since it's been steadily rising. :)

Mine is 2.83, yours is 2.15. :P

Boy, I sure wish I had 1700 hours logged, so I could be as high ranked and as cool as you, but wait! With a 2.83 SPM, I'd be even cooler than you, because I'd have a higher score! Oh snap!



I find that most pilots have the enemy's jet spawn timers memorized, so they can be there to bomb it before the enemy can get up into the air again.

Not when you camp the carrier. Have you ever been stuck at the only spawn point only to be killed over and over again by chopers and jets? I have.

What are you on about? This is Battlefield 2, not CSS. VEHICLES ARE WHAT MADE THE BATTELFIELD SERIES, don't act like an arse simply because he actually used them to his advantage (man, I don't know how many times I've repeated this)!!!!!!

-=RD=-Volx and {TA}FireStorm have the most points but aren't generals because they are missing their expert chopper and flight badges.

Actually you only have to have veteran chopper + plane medals for general rank up.

Awards: Veteran Armor Badge, Veteran Transport Badge, Veteran Helicopter Badge, Veteran Aviator Badge, Veteran Air Defense Badge, Veteran Ground Defense Badge
Notes: Requires 1080 hours playtime

I've gotta work on my Chopper/plane hours myself.
Hassle since I'm unable to use joystick + my gaming keyboard controller simultaneously so..... ....

If you're in an F-35, or a MIG/SU? Sure I agree with you there.

However, the majority of the 'top pilots' just TK for the J-10 all the time. Theres a reason they play on Wake all the time. It's easier to rack up the easy kills.

Calling a J-10 whore on Wake a skilled pilot is like calling a Tank whore on Karkand skilled, or calling a MEC Helicopter whore on Sharqui skilled. These are just people who purposely take the easiest route possible, so they face the least resistance possible.

Theres a reason why jet, helicopter, and tank whores avoid Dragon Valley despite it's obvious advantages in accomodating all three. It's too hard to baserape there, which means less easy points for the whores!

I don't think I have seen a good pilot. I know that I am not one of them. I would say that 99% of them are not great but have good stats in that area for one reason. Spawn camping. And Last time I checked no skill is needed to sit off the carrier in a choper or jet in wake and spawn camp, or any of the maps for that matter.
