WRONG! Is an APC a weapon or personnel carrier(For which it's named) or both ?

Answer is Both, just like the Blackhawk. If they didn't mean for it to be a weapon, I suppose the wouldn't have put the 2 chain guns on it would they ?

Then you should also be complaining about the MEC and PLA transport helo's not being equal to the Blackhawk. Doing a search online, you won't find any statements about the Blackhawk being used as an attack vehicle.
