I've only ever once been part of a squad that worked together and it was great.
Every other time I join a squad the leader does one of the following:

1. Ignores any request you make to them

2. Occupies a vehicle with only 1 slot so you cant respawn on them when you need to

Today though I was following the leader around and reviving him when he died. God knows where the rest of the squad was for that round.

i like to play in squads but evr since patch 1.3 ive just played 24/7 servers to avoid the loading sdcreen

here are a sense of our 'rules'

no tk
no ramming with jets/helos
C4 ramming is OK - ONLY if you at least attempt to live -
direct suicide runs are not acceptable
no abusing admins
no abusing any players
do NOT attack uncaps - still ok to steal vehicles or destroy assets
no spawn camping - means do not wait and AIM RIGHT AT SPAWN HEAD OF ENEMY AT SPAWN POINT
if you are pilot/gunner NOOB - STAY OUT OF AIRCRAFT - practice at home !
Commander - fight only when tactical emergency
Commander and Squad Leaders - should have VOIP enabled

I'll be on later, the server sounds great. I have VOIP too. I am also in The UK and will add OP to my xfire. The only time i get good squad play is in my clan server with friends. Other then that it rarely happens. I warn you though, i'm a bit of a revive whore

Just checked out your stats topgun and i must say i'm very impressed. Should be fun playing with you and hopefully learning from you lol

we have 2 main profiles (both are 64 man maps)

wake, dragon, Oman, clean, daqing, kubra, sharqi, master, Dalian, karkand
once each - most visitors like the variety
down side - one side sometimes still gets the uncap -
does matter what side clan is on
we get "yelled at often" by visitors
eg, if we have the uncap - they say were are "hiding behind the flag"
if they have the uncap - they say "we are stat padding"

oh well cannot please them all :hmm:

2nd map rotation is (still 64 player but maps x2)
wake, karkand, Dalian, daqing, dragon. fushe, Oman, Kubra, mashturr, clean sweep, sharqi, Songhua, kirkland, zatar

usually up by 10-11 am and past midnight

bazzamattaza what is your in game nick? i'll search you through game-monitor. I have nice pings on european servers.
