Can't login

Hi there im new

Anyway, i got this problem with bf2. Iv got an account on bf2 but when i try to login it just says "Connection to server" or something like that i know that is supposed to happen couse bf2 works on my brothers computer and usally after a few seconds he gets in to the BF2 "lobby" multiplayer, but on my computer it all hangs upp and i go no where!

This happened to my brother also first time but he updated game and it worked fine ever since, iv also updated my game but it still hangs up. Whats really wierd is that iv had bf2 on my computer 2 other times wich i borrowed from friends , it worked really well then , i guess something must been really messed up by uninstalling and installing sevral times.

Some specs:
I got BF2 Deluxe Edition bought in Belgium (my have something to do with?)
AMD Athlon 2600+ ,
512 MB RAM

Try making a new account. This should fix the problem. Someone was experiencing the same issue as you. All they did is they made a new account and it worked fine for them.

I've tried that along with trying to disable my firewall...and nothing seems to work. I was able to get into the lobby one time but can't get back in...just got a message, "could not resolve connection manager host name"
Any ideas anyone? Thanks!
