We were playing mash. city and the SE (not gas station) flag was being taken. It's where the tank spawns. Well, I had one friendly tank on the W side of the road blocks and trashcan/fence of the flag area. One enemy infantry was INSIDE the trashcan, so the tank couldn't hit him.

So, I dropped a vehicle on top of the trashcan (it can't hit the infantry). I then told the tank driver via mic (he was a squad leader) to fire on the vehicle I just dropped. He aimed up, shot the vehicle, and the infantry below the vehicle hiding in the trashcan got killed from the vehicle's explosion with credit to the tank.

Yay! :P

Hehe, yeah I've pulled a couple stunts like that.

One of my favs had to be dropping a hummer on a dude that was manning a TOW. It didn't kill him, but when he panic-fired the blew himself up real good.
The tanker I saved was greatful.

Have you tried bowling for badguys yet?

Rather than dropping a vehicle directly on some lone grunt, try finding a nice slope or ledge to roll the thing off of and see howmany guys you can squish with one drop!

My brother and I were playing Sharqi last night and he was commander. We were the US, and the MEC chopper kind circling the TV station trying to get cheap kills. My brother sucks at commanding, but he dropped a vehicle just for the fun of it and it actually hit the helicopter while i was moving and killed it. It's pretty satisfying killing vehicles with a car drop.

or you can get it to tip pf a building and watch as it flips, hits and explodes killing 3 or 4 :p how no0bie, works great for city entrance on sharky

Was commander on Wake and had one guy that kept bombing our carrier constantly, anyway managed to take him out with the gun on the carrier, when the plane respawned i dropped a car half way up the airfield just as he was taking off and he smashed straight into it!!!! Did it a few times cos he was pissing everyone off

I <3 Cartillery Plane took off and it hit the tail and it crashed and I also (Also at the plane spawn) some guy was standing near the edge so I dropped a car AT the edge and because he had E pressed in he fell into the water..

ya i was commanding on sharqi and we had the mec chopper spawn camping the tower so i dropped a hummer in its flight path. smacking it hard, forcing them to retreat to repair. which gave enough time for my chopper team to take off and take them out while thay were repairing. ahh.. good times.

Ah yes... well, dropping cars on choppers isn't anything new, really. Been doing it since day one of 1.3.

I particularly enjoy using it to stall choppers long enough for my arty to come down on 'em. Last night, for instance, I managed to tangle a dropped jeep up on a chopper just taking off and watched it getting dragged down to it's doom just as the shells started following.

The pilot had a couple choise words (which would not make it past this forum's word filter) for me.

BTW, there's nothing like hitting a fully loaded blackhawk in mid flight with a falling car to inspire some truely interesting comments. No, I'm sorry, I think that is anatomicly impossible.

I droped a vodnik it landed on a sniper rolled down the hill and hit 1 more :)

I believe in using what you have available, apart from artying uncaps, and cartillery is an option so...? And as i normally go sniper you'd think i'd get pissed off cos i constantly get cars dropped but keeping me finger on the enter vehicle button gets around this

do that all the time, drop it slightly offcentre and the car will tumble inside crushing the guy sat in there, if it doesnt get him straight away it will get him a few secs later when it blows up.
