ive installed bf2 twice and manualy updated punkbuster about 20 times. after about 5 minuets of play, it kicks me for 0 seconds with an 8xxxx error'
is there any fix for this

You should post a pic of the error, but I think you did not because of what the error says and you are just looking for a way around it.

The fix it to get rid of the cheat program. This is from the PB manual:

Cheat/Hack Violations:
When PunkBuster detects a cheat or hack by repeated positive identification on a player's computer, a violation is raised. These violation numbers are 50000 and higher. Families of cheats are listed below. Resolution: Remove cheats and hacks from the computer.
#50000s - Aimbot
#60000s - Wallhack
#70000s - Multihack
#80000s - Gamehack
#90000s - 'Cheat' Video Drivers
#100000s - Speedhack
#110000s - Autofire
#120000s - Game Hook
#130000s - Attempted PunkBuster Hack

I have this same prob. but i dont hack. I install it and get Md5 errors so idk i guess it thinks i hack because i have corrupt files?! gay puckbuster

right, i dont have any hacks or cheats, i just installed the game and want to play, lol.

Listen i had the same Problem i REINSTALLED the game and installed the 1.3 patch 438 megas and now its working perfect :-)
