Is this a bug or I did smething wrong ?

I finally decided to format my comp, after I finished installing bf2 and patching it, I install Qtracker and run the game.

I dont know if this happened to someone else but now each time I start bf2 (whatever by Qtracker or BF2 icon), There's the BF2 image appear then goes full screen...... and the screen stays black forever !! I have to alt ctrl del and it says Not responding.

This is the first time, when I formatted before all was fine, but why now I cant start the game ? Freakin annoying..

Hopefully, I've installed Maya and have fun learning it but any ideas for this Dice-ish bug ?

BF2 does not like your video settings
(they black screen is give away)
you might have to edit video.con by hand

are you using the mini image?

it might be the copy protection thingy

Check your software firewall, it seems to be blocking the bf2.exe from accessing the internet.
