The readme has all the info a server admin needs to run the game.

To rent out even a couple of 16 player game servers, you will need to have a good network connection.
I had some running on a 10mb fiber connection, but I eventually moved them to multi-100mb fiber connections for better performance from around the nation.

He didn't actually ask "how do i run BF2 on a box" he asked "how do I make a server and rent it out"
HighWhire I think your getting way ahead of yourself renting servers isn't as simple as getting a few boxes and hooking them up to your internet line, especially when it comes to game servers you need to get rack space at a datacenter then you need to buy or rent some servers and get them pluged in, then you need to manage the whole thing including money because you'll have to pay for your rack space and if your renting servers them as well and still make a profit.
BF2 is also very demanding on server specs you need high end machines to run a 64 server.
Now that said if you have a good upstream connection at home you can easily set up a 32 man server but its unlike you'll make any money out of it.
