Is it just me but after looking on the EA forums, the amount, yes alot of topics posts and even here and even in game, its the same ''EA suck their crappy patch'' ''EA messed up BF2 im not buying another one of their games'' ''EA broke my computer from the patch''.
All of these, related to the patch which was developed by DICE, now people seem to have their head mixed up, thinking EA are the creaters of the patch, EA are the publisher and they host the files, patches and provide support and in general support BF2.
I mean even I used to think EA made the patches lol...but the point is that its DICE that are the patch creators, and people are giving somewhat meaningless abuse to EA. Alough EA might be making $$$ from support BF2 etc, but if they are receiving so much anger from customers who are mixed up, that could effect their business in the long run, causing angry customers not to buy their product etc. EA to save theirself have options, such as an announcement that they don't make the patches, however that could cause a rocky boat with DICE, either way sometimes I wonder if EA recognizes their companies fabric, it may be pretty solid, but over time if things aren't resolved then the fabric can become worn.
