Anyway it's good for free, but I wouldn't buy the FEAR multiplayer component alone. I downloaded it yesterday and the one word to describe it is "meh."

Pick a high traffic area and wait.

They will come. =)

Find the boosters, sit until your extra boost is above your regular health and defend those areas.

Just look for and kill the player carrying the Cannon. That is the weapon you want.

What is useful is the pile of skull icons that populate your view where your teammates were slaughtered. You can navigate to that area by several routes and ambush the enemy waiting for spawners.

I feel kinda dissapointed, the same as when I played the MP demo.

It's great for a free game, and I will play it from time to time, but it won't be my first choice online game, that's still BF2, despite all its faults :)

I can't stand the text size, and there's no support for normal LCD monitor resolution of 1280 X 1024 which is annoying. On the plus side though, the weapons feel nice, and you hit what you're aiming at unlike BF2, my framerate is very smooth, server browser actually works, and there's a friends list! Wow.

Naw, just multiplayer.

Dont worry you will get enough action.

The nail guns are bad, but the Pistols really hurt.

I prefer the ASP Rifle. It requires me to take some distance away from enemy activity while scoped one burst of three shots will kill gauranteed.

Yesterday Ive played for 3 hours. Can't say Im enjoying it a lot. The MP is very simple, and action gets boring fast. Jump, shoot, jump, shoot. There is no real strategy. Maps are very small. Also, I get motion sickness from this game. I've never had this problem with BF2, SWAT4, OFP, and some other shooters.

We got a few clan members on Teamspeak for this one evening, and it was much more enjoyable, but I'd agree the maps are small, I don't think the action is simple, just not as varied as BF2.

Conquer All is a good gametype.
