I wish it caused a CTD for my computer, that effect would be welcomed compared to how long it takes for the game to find a server. The button is so useless why didnt the beta testers take it out.

I may have used it if I could set a few filters for it (>50 people, ranked etc..)

Hehe, I just hit the reset switch!

One time a friend of mine and I were at the local gaming cafe, and we both load up BF2. He doesn't/has never played it before. So he loads up the game, and gets confused by that button, and clicks it. Well, it froze up the the computer, and since the computers at the cafe are all in 19" rack mounts, they couldn't really reset/shut it down without turning off ALL the gaming machines! Talk about being a hinderance.

LOL ... I've actually never paid much attention to it, I had to open BF2 to see what you all are talking about.
In the beginning i did use the desktop icon Play Battlefield2 Online Now but that used to land me in empty servers only. Letting the PC decide where to play is quite lame actually since i really doubt that it even looks at the ping of the server and whether there is anyone at all in the server (or did they fix the latter).

Why the hell does it take so long to load?
Nowadays if I accidentally click it I just turn my computer off at the plug.
Not smart, I did that, and I got BSOD on reboot. That's why I'm on Windows Media Center and not XP anymore :)
