BF2 Sound Bites?

Hi,

At the moment, I'm currently constructing a remix of the Battlefield theme. So far, it sounds awesome to me, but I don't think it would top Reksider's famous remix though.

I want to add a few sound bites of the soldiers' dialogue from BF2 into the remix, but I can't be bothered to go downstairs and search for ages on the hardrive for the samples I'm looking for to put onto via USB and head back upstairs onto my Mac afterwards (yes, I have a Mac). Is there any helpful resource sites to help save time?

You mean the Common_client.zip folder with all the "enemy" spotted's and such?

I dont really know of any sites that would have these, but unzipping the Common_client.zip in the "Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2" directory and putting it on a flash drive wouldnt take more than 30 min

Oh well, guess I'll think about doing that sometime.

Don't suppose I'll have enough time tonight though, as I may need some sleep soon. I dunno about tomorrow either, since I may be busy packing up for my trip to Canada on Thursday. If I'm unable to comply, I'll try and finish the remix around the start of September, a few months before Battlefield 2142 comes out.

when does 2142 come out??? and yea if you have the flash drive it wouldn't take that long to upload the sounds onto it each one isn't that big and they are in a zipped file so it wouldn't be hard

Nah, the remix is of the Battlefield theme that's in all of the games. 2142 may have the original theme in it too, only slightly different, maybe. Who knows?
