Is this patch related? Or is this relatured to the consumer who bought this game's rig? I just installed full didn't had any problems since..

Let's hope this is going to be a good patch as I said on 1.3 but if they fixed all the bugs and crashes and things and the game is finally balanced.. Then thumbs up.. :)
