    Re: team kills

Nice to see your still at it and making even more friends in the proccess, your wife should be proud.

edit: I had some other stuff here, but really your an idiot and your getting boring. Theres no need to make up a fantasy world for yourself. Your stats and time played says all it needs to. Model maker for Caddillac, lol. At least it was original.

The only ownage you will ever have on me is.....well never, you dont have what it takes to own me. Im not for sale.

And for your buddy (or was that just you on another account?) nice to see at least one noob backin you up. Though if this was the battlefield you would be quite out numbered. Now hurry back to gaming so you can make more money......lol.

YOU, my friend are a prime example of why not every 1 should own a gun in real life, your generation feels no accountablity for your actions, everything that goes wrong is some 1 else's fault, never your own, so you never learn from your mistakes
For all you youngins' out there taking english classes, this is what we call "hypocrisy."

You see, this guy whines and complains about other not taking responsibility for their actions and then blames his poor K to D ration on his teammates.

      Classic.

Keep it up, people have a lot to learn by watching what you say and doing the exact opposite.

How do people still not know, after a freakin year of this game coming out, that PUNISHING A TK DOES NOT GIVE YOU MORE NEGATIVE POINTS.

What it DOES do is it records the tk to the server. A certain number of PUNISHED tks and you are kicked.

Actually, I posted my stats earlier in this thread, but what do they have to do with anything? Yours is higher than mine (mine is somewhere around 1.5, probably higher, not sure without looking).

I was pointing out your hypocrisy. You do know what hypocrisy is, correct? It all makes sense now! LOL. If you knew what hypocrisy was, you wouldn't have made such a stupid post.

You went off on blaming your teams for rounds where you go 16 and 14, or something like that. Yet, in the same post, you whine about people not taking responsibility for their own actions. That's hypocrisy. Deal with it.

                I. You brought up the subject of k/d saying mine is poor, but it is in fact my k/d considerably higher than you even claim yours is w/ no "proof"

                You hehe "self pwned"

                2. This whole thread is about tk's, & the tk punish system, I feel that there should be stronger penalties to discourage careless tk's, not just intentional 1's because it is BS when you get killed more by careless 'nade tossin' children than by the enemy

So, you are saying when I get killed by your 'nade I need to take respnsibility for my actions? LOL

My god, I have to hold your hand and walk you through everything. YOu complained that it was your teammate's fault when you had a round where you had 16 kills and 14 deaths. Which would, for someone who has a K to D over 2, would certainly be a bad K to D, no?

First, as I have alreayd proven, I have less TKs per K than you do. So, trying to act like I am a worse TKer than you is just stupid, I am clearly much more responsible than you.

Here are my stats, do the math yourself http://bf2s.com/player/47753722/

Second, if I throw a grenade at a flag where there are three enemies and you run up AFTER I have thrown the grenade, yes, that is your fault. I see this happen all the time, not just to me, but people I am around.

I pay attention and RARELY get killed by my teammates grenades, you ***** about it happening to you a lot. To me, that makes it sound like YOU are very careless about where you run as I rarely have that problem.

So yeah, you are a hypocrite. You die A LOT because of other people's grenades and, instead of figuring out what you can do to avoid it, you ***** and moan that it is their fault when, in actuality, you probably share a lot of the blame. Considering you are telling other people to take responsibility for their actions, I suggest you do the same.

                      1. Wether it applies to you or not, there is way too much careless, & stupid tk'in

2.Your logic is flawed, if a soldier, & I are both close enough to the flag for him to throw a grenade, & I am close enough to be able run under it, how am I supposed to read his mind, & know that he is going to throw the 'nade?

If I have no way of knowing when he is going to throw a 'nade, there is no negligent action on my part, so the responsibilty falls on him

I sure would like to see you youngsters take that logic up into a court of law, hope you like sharing a 6x8 w/ "bubba"

Ppl should learn to not throw 'nades when a another player is close enough to get killed by it, or drop arty when there are ppl close enough to run under it

I CERTAINLY agree with that. However, many times when I have been TKed, it has been my fault or, at least, I share a significant amount of the blame.

2.Your logic is flawed, if a soldier, & I are both close enough to the flag for him to throw a grenade, & I am close enough to be able run under it, how am I supposed to read his mind, & know that he is going to throw the 'nade?
The thing is that you don't HAVE to read his mind. When someone throws a grenade, the person say "frag out" amoung other things. Now, certainly, if you have run in and then he throws a grenade, then that is his fault. However, if there is a cluster of 3 enemies there with no friendly troops, you rush in rambo-style only to get fragged by a teammates grenade, that would be YOUR fault for not clearing the area the best way, with a grenade. You shouldn't have to read someone else's mind to know the best way to attack a position.

Ppl should learn to not throw 'nades when a another player is close enough to get killed by it, or drop arty when there are ppl close enough to run under it
Sorry, wrong. If you work as a team, most of your squad will be within a distance to run and get killed by the grenade if you throw one. It would only be a rare situation with a team where you would be able to fulfill this AND be able to use grenades and you would only really be able to use them when you are far off on your own, which just flies in the face of the wya this game is supposed to be played.

As for arty, this is just ridiculous. Considering it takes arty 30 seconds to actually land, on pretty much ANY city map, even if I drop an arty on the other side of the map from my entire team, someone could drive a car over there and die in it. Other than arty being dropped REAL close to you or on top of you, if you get killed by arty, it is more than likely your fault for not paying attention to your minimap. No excuses about this.

Don't get me wrong, I have played with plenty of dumb commanders who have dropped arty ON my position. . .so I get the frustration. But the fact of the matter is that there is a BIG red thing on your map that is put there WELL before the arty gets there. So, if you move AT ALL after it has been dropped and it gets you, it is probably your fault.

tip: Become proficient w/ your rifle
Considering I have both better accuracy with rifles AND a WAY better K to D ratio with rifles than you, you are in absolutely NO position to be telling me to be more proficient with them.

As a pure ground pounder, my stats are way better than yours. Vehicles account for 60% of your kills, while they account for 30% of mine. Plus, my K to D ratio with the infantry weapons is over 1, about 1.26, while yours is about .8.

This madness that you somehow are better with infantry weapons than I am, when my stats with them are clearly better, and that you know more about being avoiding TKs than I do, when I have a lower TK to K ratio than you, is just absurd.

On top of that, you ***** about being killed a lot by noob teammates while I, who definitely has had it happen to him, does not seem to experience it as much as you do. I really don't think that the problem lies solely with your teammates.

Frankly, from the tone of your posts and how you talk about the way you play, it is clear that you play selfishly and you want other people to change to the way YOU play. Once again, take your own advice and take responsibility for your actions. You know the way the game is played and, if you are so good, you will change to fit it instead of blaming everyone else everytime you get TKed.

                            1. "frag out" does not tell you where the 'nade is being thrown

                            2. The 'nade is not your primary weapon

                            3. Use arty as a strategic weapon, as in saving white flags from falling

                            4. From your stats you seem to perform well, I however do not agree w/ your basic premise which seems to be that most tk's are the victims fault

                            5. If 30% of your kills are in vehicles you are NOT a "pure ground pounder"

                            6. I don't recall saying I was better than you, I disagree w/ your rationalizing away blame for tk's, even when a tk seems to be the other guys fault they are still avoidable

                            7. When guys tries to a throw 'nade thru a window, & it hits the wall, & bouces back @ us, hmmmm........ that IS his fault, & there is no way to forsee his blunder, & all he has to so is say "sorry", I will forgive, make a habit of it, & I will punish, even if it only has symbloic power

                            8. You say I am selfish because I don't like being tk'd, didn't you agree w/ me earlier that there was too much careless tk'n?

Ever been 10 ft from a friendly, & the enemy was 80 ft away, & the friendly threw the grenade 10 ft, if you have you might know understand how I feel? LOL

Occasionally I punish if I am getting pissed off. That is not often, but usually occurs after over 80% of my deaths are from friendly nade spam. If it was up to me, there would be no grenades in this game (or at least karkand). Honestly every single round when the server is filled with mid-high ranking players it is filled with so much nade spam. So many times, I get close to the enemy. Just about to mow down 2-3 of em and I die to a friendly nade.

I'm so sick of the nade spammers, I'm almost losing interest in the game, I didn't start playing to ****ing revive and get tk'd.

Its so nice when I play in the weekend, instead of after work. Server is filled with mainly low-mid ranked player. Not much nade spam :)

I try to play smart and frequently avoid being tk’d by not running in when I see a nade bounce but I am at a loss as to why people join games to spam nades.

So you understand where I am coming from: For the last 160 hours in BF2, when not in clan practice or scrims. I have pretty much exclusivly played 64 plr karkand. Just like many of you here, for the same reasons I played DC_LOST_VILLAGE back in the days of DC. Frequent infantry battles ftw.

                                2. The 'nade is not your primary weapon
                                Agreed.

                                3. Use arty as a strategic weapon, as in saving white flags from falling
What does this have to do with anything?

                                4. From your stats you seem to perform well, I however do not agree w/ your basic premise which seems to be that most tk's are the victims fault
My premise IS NOT that most TKs are the victims fault. I never said anything even remotely like that. Part of my point is from the way YOU post and the way YOU talk about the way you play that plenty of the TKs you suffer are, in fact, your fault.

                                5. If 30% of your kills are in vehicles you are NOT a "pure ground pounder"
What I meant when I said that was if we both strip out our vehicle stats. I can see why you were confused.

                                6. I don't recall saying I was better than you, I disagree w/ your rationalizing away blame for tk's, even when a tk seems to be the other guys fault they are still avoidable
You never explicitly said you were better, but you implied it numerous times when you called me a "noob," a "noob nade spammer" and you constantly claims that I need to get proficient with my rifle. On top of that, you constantly have touted your high K to D ratio.

Of course that is his fault. However, when you hear "frag out" and you say "well I don't know where it was thrown so I am going to run this way" and then you get blown up by the grenade, that is your fault.

                                8. You say I am selfish because I don't like being tk'd, didn't you agree w/ me earlier that there was too much careless tk'n?
No, that is not why I said you play selfishly. Hard to explain why. . . more of a culmination of everything you have said.

                                Alienz,

No offense. How in the hell do you play 160 hours of karkand and NOT know the hot zones for nade spamming? I love karkand, however, I rarely suffer from THAT much TKing from grenades. You know why? I know where it happens and I don't run there. Think. This game is not your typical twich FPS, it requires thought.
