I got punished once after I called for a vehicle drop, by mistake I called it in the wrong place, it turned over then a friendly jumps onit whilst it was on its side, it started to burn i got team damage then blew up and I got punished.

wtf, I didnt think that was possible.

Theres quite a few things in bf that you have to think about before you do just incase you get punished.

1 of them is going prone and firing at a group of enemies. you must think, I wonder if a friendly will run infront of me and lie down get shot and punish me.

Yeah. guys get "greedy", they want to "steal your kill", & either you stop shooting, & they get the kill, or you keep firing, & tk, OR they get killed, & get you killed because their body is blocking your field of vision LOL

i don't punish unless the person is a moron or if they purposely tkd me. if i run in front of a moving vehicle and die that's my fault, not the drivers. forgive. if i'm in the middle of the road and have been well before the jeep came speeding along and there is plenty of room to go around me but he hits me anyways because he doesnt think he should move, punish. if me and other teamates are having a firefight with the enemy and some retard throws nades into the fight and kills me along with my teammates then i punish. dont spam nades where your teamates are. watch were you driving. if you can't get around someone that's understandable. if you can then do. don't play like a ******* and don't get punished. that's my opinion. i know there are people that punish no matter what and that pisses me off too. but if i tk on purpose or if i do something stupid that cause my teammate to die then punish me. i deserve it.

In your own example, you said you'd TK someone for thowing a grenade into a fight. But its a fight and he's trying to nade the enemy, not you. Yet you still punish. He didn't try to nade you, it was collateral damage. You, my friend, are one of the prime examples to why the punish system is flawed.

I never punish TKs if I run around a corner and a tank runs me over. My mistake, should have paid attention. I actually don't punish a lot. But if someone keeps shooting at me and doesn't scream sorry for it, I'll easyier push punish. I'm a stressed person sometimes, especially when taking over a flag and something just jumps to me, I could shoot someone from my own team just because I was stressed ^^. But first thing I do is scream 2 or 3 times that I'm sorry.
I really punish when I'm wandering around in the open field, plenty of space everywhere and some guy in a buggy just runs over me. Come on! Just watch where you're going! It's hard to believe that something like that isn't intentionally. Next to that, once I got hit by a car 3 times in a row, 3 times the same driver that was reckless and just drove full speed towards flags and walls. Sorry, but the 3rd time I don't believe in accidents anymore.

I think that most players just punish for severe stupid or reckless stuff and I think that if you get punished, should think about your actions and wether you have to be more carefull or not. And yes, sometimes you get punished for accidents, but hey, there'll always be annoying people.

Oh and please, if you are a squadleader, PLEASE don't go driving around with a car covered with C4. Strange huh, all those tks while your team is just doing their job and spawning on you. If you want to play it that way, please do it on your own.

Frustrated doesn't even BEGIN to describe how I feel when I kill 16 guys, & die 8 times @ the hands of the enemy, & get tk'd by pu55y n00bs that don't know how to use a rifle 6 times ending me up @ 16 & 14

Some rounds I get killed by friendly fire" MORE than the enemy, this **** is way out of control, it is unacceptable

Just like they say about vehicles, maybe dudes need to practice groundpounding in SP until they learn how to kill more enemies than friendlies
