    BF2 sounds available? Commander spoting?

I've been playing for a while now, and I've noticed that some commanders spot enemies on the other side of the map and I don't know how to do that. Is it possible to do that like a normal guy like myself?

And then I have another thing that bothers me. Is it possible to get all the sounds from BF2? Especially the voice-sounds(Like "I need a medic" in english/chinese/arabic) ? All help appreciated!

as commander - zoom in on the map (scroll wheel)

when you see an enemy, right click on him/her and choose "spotted"

      Welcome to the forums!

First, if you get the chance to play commander, you get to use an option that lets you see heat-plumes when you do a satillite scan.

Second, you can change the Voice-over in your sound options so that everything is in English.

        1. The commander has an overhead view of the entire map. Try it out on single player. Hit Caps Lock to bring up the screen once you've applied and accepted.

        2. Sounds are in the BF2 folder, under Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Common_client.zip\Sounds
