overall I don't really have a favorite it depends on the map the only gun I try to stay away from is the SAW its horrificly unacurate the only time its usefull is at very close range when you can just pray and spray

I have to disagree. I love the SAW when you use short bursts. Its RoF makes it better for shooting off 3-5 bullet bursts than the PKM.

But if I had to choose between the RPK and the others, I choose the RPK.

The RPK is better for close rnage, and the Mg36 is better for midr range, but the PKM is best overall. It is also more powerful than Mg36... and it has a nice deviation!

RPK is the best support gun imo, deals a fair bit of damage and is fairly accurate. The SAW is not a bad weapon once you get the hang of it too. but out of PKM and MG36, it has to be the MG36, i find PKM odd, sometimes i can mow down whole squads, yet other times i can hit a barn if it was 5 feet away (most likely me though)

The RPK is great for short to mid range firefightszoomed or unzoomed. The PKM is decent unzoomed at short to mid range and very accurate at long range zoomed shooting 1-2 shot round bursts. Now the mg36 is similar to the RPK but less powerfull but shoots rounds off faster and the 3 round burst can be good at long range once you get a handle on it.

pkm is really powerful and accurate and i havent looked into the rpk, but it sounds pretty awesome since ppl always kill me with ti

I perfer the RPK the most. For CQ it's easier to hit multiple targets and more accurate for shorter ranges then the PKM. I've taken out squads with this thing.

But for gun, I prefer the PKM. Of course, "Z" is your best friend with the PKM.

:edit: Oh, and don't zoom. I find that it has better accuracy unzoomed. Well, according to the numbers, it is.

Sometimes it's good for Long, Middle and Short range
not all the time, but most of the time

PKM is go for long distances kills and middle. You are luckly to get kills in hallway fights and short range when prone. I like the PKM on Shari, because I like to go prone on at hill that faces the side of the Con Site and I can camp the emery there

PKM is the most accuate when in PRONE position. In in standing it has the horrible accuracy.
