I was playing with a PoE dev about a two weeks ago can't remember his name but I wouldn't divulge it incase he got in trouble. He said that "PoE is in final stages of testing" but he wouldn't be drawn out on a release date over VOIP.

is a Mod for Battlefield2 (there is also one for BF:Nam) which has his own storyline and a lot of new stuff. As you can see they are planing new game modes as well.
