i did a test on my server with BR, and nothing, cant dowload the dame thing, is this some 1.3 patch bs?

you gotta be on a server with it enabled... i too have trouble with it and actually never got any success.

Nope BR works fine as long as you have set it up correctly. It works 100% on our server.
