I figured I'd try to judge my distance and fire at the carrier. I actually hit someone on the first attempt 
I hit someone else too 5 shots later...but then gave up when choppers started flying to my location. :O
The shot you see is after recoil and stuff so if you fire where I'm aiming at in the screenshot, you'll fall short.
